The April video in the magazine featured McGill showing how to do the familiar wall drill (also known as the fence drill when done outside) and then demonstrating the relationship between the lead arm and the trail leg.
In this month’s instructional video, McGill shows two of his hurdlers doing a 3-step version of hurdle walk-over drills, and then doing 3-step marches, and then 3-step quick-steps.
