The January issue of the magazine featured a video analysis of practices, delving into aspects of previously covered topics. McGill analyzed aspects of hurdling such as lean, trail leg, lead leg, lead arm, and many more.

In this issue, McGill continues the series from last month by further analyzing videos sampled from recent practice sessions and expanding upon the analysis offered in the January video.
