The November issue of the magazine featured a video on Lead Arm Mechanics. McGill talked about prominent styles and technique in the lead arm in the professionals of both today and the past, as well as the 1-2-3 approach to the lead arm, similar to the 1-2-3 approach of the lead leg.

In this issue, McGill continues the series of instructional videos by discussing Lean. He will talk about the different styles of lean, what he believes is the best technique, as well as how it ties into the other topics that have been covered, including lead leg, trail leg, and lead arm.
