The March video in the magazine featured McGill jumping back into the video series on hurdling technique analysis by covering Trail Arm Mechanics. This video complimented the November 2013 issue video (linked below) on Lead Arm Mechanics.
In this month’s instructional video, McGill shows how to do the familiar wall drill (also known as the fence drill when done outside), and he adds some variations to the regular version. At the end of the video he discusses the relationship between the lead arm and the trail leg.
