The December issue of the magazine featured a video on Lean. McGill talked about the different styles of lean, what he believes is the best technique, as well as how it ties into the other topics that have been covered, including lead leg, trail leg, and lead arm.

In this issue, McGill continues the series of instructional videos by analyzing videos sampled from recent practice sessions and analyzing many of the techniques which have been covered in recent issues, such as lean, trail leg, lead leg, lead arm, and many more.
